Event Details

MERITER presents the Friends of AIDS Network (FAN) Reception with cocktails, ice luge, appetizer buffet and musical entertainment,  The Olive Lounge at the Hilton Monona Terrace, 5:30 p.m. until 7 p.m.

The 19th Annual Red Ribbon Affair, lower level, Exhibition Hall at Monona Terrace.  Cocktails, canapes and silent auction begin at 6 p.m. followed by dinner at 7:30 p.m.

This year honoring Governor Jim Doyle for his commitment and service to those living with HIV/AIDS in Wisconsin.

M E N U

Salad of Romaine and baby lettuces, cucumber, Roma tomatoes, carrots, purple onion, Parmesan and croutons.  Served with a Champagne-mustard vinaigrette

Choice of Entree

Chicken Saltimbocca.  Parmesan-breaded boneless chicken breast filled with Procuitto, fresh sage and Swiss cheese with beurre blanc sauce.  Served with herb-buttered Yukon potato wedges and seasonal blend of fresh vegetables.

Stuffed Shrimp. Five large shrimp stuffed with crabmeat, onions, peppers, garlic, herbs and Parmesan atop a beure blanc sauce.  Served with lemon rice pilaf and seasonal blend of fresh vegetables.

Portobello WellingtonPuff pastry filled with Portobello mushrooms, herbs, shallots and risotto.  Served with a grilled tomato and seasonal blend of fresh vegetables.

Assorted Desserts and Coffee Bar
